The Running Bulldogs aren’t done yet for this season as the postseason continues. This will be a chance for the bulldogs to show off all the hard work they’ve put in this year at national and regional meets.
The Bulldogs will kick off the post season on Saturday, Nov. 9th in Pleasant Grove, UT for a tune up race to get athletes back to racing again. The bulldogs will be racing teams from all over Utah, particularly teams that are looking to compete at the national level. It will be another opportunity for the Bulldogs to see where they stack up.
The Bulldogs will then be in Taylorsville on Nov. 16th, to compete at the Utah Junior Olympic qualifiers. Athletes that do well at that meet will have the opportunity to travel to Madison Wisconsin to compete in the USATF National Junior Olympic Trials. It has been quite a while since the Bulldogs have sent anyone to tat meet and are looking to get some people back to that meet.
The Bulldogs will also be traveling to Walnut, California to compete in the Footlocker West Regional Championship where they will compete against athletes from all over the western part of the United States. Here athletes can qualify for the Footlocker National Championships!
With a great slew of races set up the Bulldogs are excited and looking forward to the last 5 weeks of their season!
